Likely a combination of combat losses and the rest deserts after first contact. Also condition of the latest recruits is so bad only a third can be sent to the actual front, rest is only good for service in the rear.
Many good sources state anything between 800,000 & a million Ukrainian troops have been lost since the start of the SMO.

I personally like SitRep first and later on the frontline changes... Makes more sense to me watch it in this way. Also, since the SitRep is a longer video you can keep concat days into the same video, like tuesday and wednesday for one video, thursday and friday for another, and finally saturday, sunday and monday to consolidate the gather info from weekend... If you follow this kind of receipe you can post the conclusions segment also in Monday, breaking down what's happening in the past week plus your general impressions about he battleground. Just get sure to take a pause, rest enough and enjoy your life with family, 'cause the DPA hardcore fanbase will understands that mapping is time consuming activity 😊

Can I make a suggestion? It is difficult to judge of the magnitude of operations if you don't comment on the number and type of units involved. When there is a map update, it is different if it's two guys and a flag vs a large combined arms assault. Also giving units names sometimes may help put things in perspective, if one side is deploying it's too troops. It would help better understand the significance of the changes. (For example, I thought it was important knowing that it was the 72nd brigade that took a beating in Vuhledar, vs some random conscript troops).

I am Pro Ukrainian and I believe they messed up with the Kursk offensive. This left major holes open all over the front line in Ukraine, thus creating a Russian advantage there.

Frontline changes, Summary and Conclusions should all be thrown in one video. Much of the information in the different videos is just a repeat of the previous video with some new things added. Throwing them all together will reduce your workload and increase your views.
Two possibilities for explaining so many changes. The first one is that the Ukrainian army is crumbling. The second one is that they have decided to reduce the front length and have begun a retreat to a shorter defensive line in many points.
they are falling apart. this is a fact. there are a lot of deserters there now. The last ones who are trying to fight are the Nazis. but even they now do not want to die as before and are trying to retreat if surrounded.
Regarding Kam'yamske, it is possible that infantry could cross on the mud flats and then once there is a foot hold and actual fighting, armor etc could cross on the causeway.
