Chin you should really consider Autopod for the amount of editing you have to do. Even for the zoom segments, you can easily label the Picture in Picture scene as well as the full frame scene as their own layers and it will cut to them regularly. Obviously its best to cull through the work the AI does and ensure everything is A1 but it will save you HOURS UPON HOURS.
