T&H Inspiration is on a mission to share inspiring wisdom. The goal is to have you pause, think, and reflect. Many of our videos revolve around the extraordinary teachings of Alan Watts that we produce with permission from the Alan Watts Electronic University.
T&H also films and releases original interviews with iconic people who have experienced successes, while also persevering through life's highs and lows. We look forward to sharing more of these perspectives and insights.
Our hope with these videos is to push your thinking. As Alan Watts said “No one is more dangerously insane than one who is sane all the time: he is like a steel bridge without flexibility, and the order of his life is rigid and brittle.” - Alan Watts.

As children, we rely on our sense of self to help us understand and learn about the world. We are taught to believe and think as our society demands. In our teens we began the process of pulling away from social norms and learning how to think independently. This is very difficult for many. Society doesn’t like it when you rock the boat. Critical thinking skills are discouraged and those who dare to think beyond their cage are often ostracized. But, only, by virtue of confronting your inner demons and doubts will you find that you are more than dogma, more than habit, more than the imaginary person you were created by society. There is truth behind the curtain, but you must have the courage to believe that you are not flawed. The truth is in the parts of us we have been hiding. Who am I? What do I believe? I matter. I am good enough. I choose myself. I am love. ❤

Exactly, everyone puts on a mask, it's what we learn very early, masking who we actually are to fit in, authenticity subdued until we decide to look deep within and face this.
Dissolution of self is frightening, but ego death must happen in order to break away from the fake persona imposed and allowed to be of this world.

I t took a while for me to understand that I wear different masks for different people or situations. That was a little disturbing to realize just how much I was hiding. I was bullied in school and it was still affecting my perceptions. I was shy at work and was scolded for not being a team player. I was a little scrawny kid but I was a tiger when fighting for anyone helpless. I’m outspoken and a leader, competitive and bold. And every single one of these people was a mask developed to protect my inner self from a perceived threat. I’m in a very interesting position right now as I ask again, Who am I? What do I believe? I matter. I am good enough. I choose myself. I am love. ❤️

Yes The Emmy's crowned Terrence Howard because he has found facts about the creation of our universe not the fake model they teach
It's against theology. The Earth has been here much longer. All planets originate from the Sun.

The third eye goes beyond spirituality. You must see the entire universe, and how small our ideas are. Hunting. No. Open your mind and see everything. Realise!!

Eckhart Tolle has it partly right, the ego is an identity; however, it’s our 1st identity. We are born into an environment that communicates from an egoistic mindset. We need the ego to exist and survive. We cannot stop the ego; however, we can free ourselves from the ego when we understand through an awakening your spiritual intelligence

You are dealing with a misunderstanding of the term "ego". It sounds to me that it resonates with Freudian terminology. Look again at Tolle's messages.

Playing with ilusions, delusions, just the same old human pattern; desires, endless desires. Leaving the basic reality and drowning voluntarily in never fulfilling satisfaction, only intellectual entertainment in uncountable forms.
