Hey girl ! Love your videos! You could grow a crystal tree to get a lot of crystals. You will need to make the seed crystal first then plant it and the tree takes 7 sims days to grow fully. Hope this helps !! ❤

Hi Ashley! I saw the first video of this series and honestly fell in love with your content. I think it would be more realistic to deduct money for each spider web/wall crack, stain whtver. Also, I think the g-shade looks amazing!

If u go to Oasis n fish all the way in the back u can get a violin n it sells for a lot. U can also get a cow plant to raise or sell as well. Dumpster diving early or late gives u a lot of good stuff as well.

If you’re not going to deduct the removal of the spiderwebs and all that I would wait until she gets one of her big upgrades at least her kitchen and bathroom because that would make sense you won’t have anything for them to crawl into

Also watch the prices of the frogs. Keep the ones that cost higher. I believe the highest frog is $100. Just breed the higher priced frogs together so when you breed em you’ll get $100 every time instead of $10
