How's the key rollover like on this keyboard?

I bought this NEC KU-1003 keyboard. But some of symbols are not correct on Windows 7. Does keyboard have any driver?

maybe you must change keyboard layout on windows.
Did you buy a JIS (japanese,106) keyboard?

I don't think it can be installed because the shape of the key is different from Topre.
