Great vest but I need to find a tailor who will cut out a big square in the back and put in a breathable mesh. Just too hot here to get a lot of use out of the 511.
As far as vests go 5:11 makes a good one. Where I live if you wear one they advertize that you are probably carrying a gun. I can go just about anywhere wearing jeans and a pull over sweat shirt and I blend in with my Glock in a Philster appendix holster and nobody notices a thing
I've owned 3 of these things .I absolutely love all 3 of them .
I find that style of vest very good for traveling, the only problem I have as I get older is I forget whats in which pocket.!!
