I discovered cosmic crisp about two years ago. Incredible. Never thought I could go nuts about an apple but they’re great. Wish I could have a branch but I know how that goes. Proprietary food. What a scam.

I was wondering how long you cook the apples. The description till golden is very vague you want the inside to be cooked. A time would be very helpful.

What does it look like on the inside?? How do I trust it’s good if the host won’t even eat it??
