@Kevin Acker EZ DOZ IT! Thanks Kevin!
@@KevinAcker 😃AWESOME! I have a 25x36 Ryonet Unit that I want to upgrade. Can You hip Me to a supplier for the LED tubes? Thanks for Your reply I'm a KA Subee 😂
@@rpbvid I got mine from Amazon. Any led will work, it just has to be the black light.
@@KevinAcker Ok, Thanks. Since relocating from the U.S. to Ghana, I having to adjust to the drastic change in availability of supplies. Best to You in these times!
What are the 2 emulsion you use and the timing on mesh screens? I know it all has different exposure times...
I mostly us PWR from ecotex and it burns at 11 sec. And everything else I've used burns at 45sec. Right now my 2nd emulsion is cromaline blue
Hey Kevin I just bought those lights. Do you mind sharing what your was before and what it is with the leds thanks
I'm not sure what you are asking. My exposure time? Before it was 3min 36sec, now is 42 sec. Depending on the emulsion I use. I have some emulsion at I use for my water base that that takes 10 sec.
@@KevinAcker ya thats what I wanted to know. I use chromablue for plastiol and ulano for wb. Just wanted an idea where to start with the time

Good looks on this video bro. What was your exposure like?
42 seconds on my green emulsion (chromaline) and 10 seconds on my purple emulsion (ecotex)
@@elgato2491 actually I've never used dual cure before. I've had great results with the photo emulsion so I've never had any reason to use dual cure
Hey Kevin where did you purchase the led lights?

I just purchased those lights but they seem to be short, 2ft long. would it be fine to just lay em out vertical then? Or could I ask where you got those long ones?
my exposure unit is about a yard long, the flourescent bulbs were measuring 35.5 in
Yeah, if you already have the 2foot, just lay them sideways instead of longways. It'll still work the same. Just make sure to measure them out equally so the light gets exposed evenly.
Cool vid, planning on same project soon, how is it holding up after a couple months? Any issues with the leds or having the uv degrade, causing you to increase your exposure times?
It works just as good as the day I put it in and that was about 2 years ago
Where did you purchase LED lights?
I got them off Amazon. They are just black led strips. Been a few years and they are still running strong
I have the Ryonet X-Vactor. Do I follow your instructions to change mine over?
@@newyorkfinestbaseball7048 yes, they are all the same. If you run into any issues, just let me know, I don't mind walking you through it
Kevin, those lights are no longer available on Amazon. Any suggestions?
Kevin
Thanks for the video. I am in the middle of building my own LED vacuum exposure table so it was nice to see the LED's I ordered are the same as yours and that yours work!
My pleasure, thanks for watching
