- Here is the part 2 of my roses first flushes, a must watch! We do have a really cooler summer for June, rain, wind and gloomy most of the time then would spike 80 * a day in a week.3 of my roses I think are gonna no show for blooming this season. Will see.
I am a Dental Assistant, a cat momma, and love gardening. I am close to Canada border and my climate experience would attest that my zone is dependent to what’s going on in Canada 😂, so My zone is more of 7b a lot of times than 8A. I specially love English romantic roses, English style of gardening, meaning balance clean structural gardening designs,
and of course houseplants! Drop me questions and I will share you my personal journey tips on growing them. Enjoy watching and don’t forget to subscribe. Have a great day folks!

Hello Mr Hanks! Thank you for dropping by ❤️
"Hi there! I'm curious about how you care for your David Austin roses. Could you share what kind of fertilizers you use to promote more blooms?"
I use bone meal then followed with fish fertilizer 2 weeks apart
Love your rose garden as always. Where did you buy your own root roses?
Mostly from David Austin direct company. I rooted Julia child myself from grandma’s garden.
Thank you!
@@IsshaGreenThumbing Impressive. I couldn’t find own roots roses on David Austin website this time. Do you think it’s ok to buy from Heirloom roses website? Thanks
@@landang7057 You have to do it in the fall or winter with DA, heirloom roses is ok, you buy a more expensive small start which is fine.
@@IsshaGreenThumbing Thank you. Do you prefer own roots or grafted roses after having both of them for that many years?
Do you ever get temps higher than 106-110? If so what is your rose are regimen?
2 consecutive past summers we had 105 to 110 - my roses, are mostly partly shaded , they survive just fine albeit smaller blooms than usual. Water, water, water
