Just started using this for travel receipts and daily mileage. Just when i got used to the old SAP we get this. What i do not like is having to create a report for each day of mileage. I travel between 8 clinics daily. Entering each day is easy but for two weeks of mileage and having to create a report for each day is a chore.
The tutorial should have shown how to create an expense report from expenses already entered via the corporate card. That's how most of us do it. All of the expenses are shown on the left hand side and then you roll them up into a report and then itemize them. That's what should be shown.
That was already shown mate you obviously didn't watch the video around the 20 to 30 minute mark. Watch this video instead, ua-cam.com/video/NzT8fCalus0/v-deo.html

I'm sorry this is one of the most complicated, unfriendly travel system I have ever used. Unfortunately, the company I work for uses Concur. Unless you travel extensively you will not remember how to successfully fill out a Concur Voucher. Even when you have successfully completed your Concur voucher you will have these stupid little caution signs next to the charges and you don't know if this piece of crap system is telling you your voucher is good or not. I could go on but let's just say I pray to God the company you work for does not purchase this Incredibly Complicated, User Unfriendly system. One final thing; anyone that I know that uses Concur does not, I repeat, does not sing it's praises. CONCUR in Latin means: Piece Of Sh&@
Thank you, this was very helpful. Just joined a company after retirement from military service and this was very informative.

I use Concur and sing it's praises. Pretty simple and easy-to-use system for anyone with a normal IQ.
@@Cttocs1 In other words: everybody who does (for a bunch of good reasons) not sing its praises is stupid ? What an arrogant and ignorant statement.
The worst software on the market!. . . .Obvious when it requires an hour long tutorial for "easy to use" software
