As per law you have to rent out your entire property to one guest. Sharing is not allowed in Dubai. This can be learnt through a normal dos n donts of airbnb Dubai
Owner is allowed to Airbnb without a trade license. We can get the permission from Dubai tourism council. I prefer that mode - giving personalized attantion and service to the guests.
