I'm studying Korean as well and have only missed one day out of over 8 months. The key for me is using a habit tracker, time tracker, and creating set routines depending on my mood. If I'm tired, I have my lazy day routine. If I'm high energy, I have my more intensive routine.

Me and my boyfriend ran away due to abuse in our household and we went to a youth shelter for a week and I have lived in my uncle and aunt’s home for 3 months and my mom apologized for everything and decided to live with us, and we’re starting over. Sadly, my best friend moved away and my boyfriend lived with him and his family so him and his older sister are also with us now until further notice. Praying for those 2 and you, God is AMAZING!!

Ahh, loved this! I have actually been learning Italian off and on for over 10 years... (in between chaotic times) and I have never heard of of droplets or your other suggestions! Sadly, I would really learn on Duolingo for a few months, and something(life or loss/lack of internet, etc.) would get in the way and the following year I lost most of what I learned... I have some basics down really good, but not even as good as you. This has inspired me to pick it back up... baby steps but nonetheless I do want to get better! Thank you for these free suggestions, can't wait to try it! I think the hardest part is not having someone else interested, and to practice with. Any tips for motivation when learning a language 'alone'? And I always struggled with the options for subtitles so THANK YOU for sharing about language reactor! Also, I never look back on notes... and so I gave up on taking them, but maybe I should do it anyway, because it might stick in my brain better anyway...? Also... Do you know any apps that will give you English subtitles, but a direct translation? Like they will order the English words directly what it means in Italian, no rearranging for the English grammar... That is always hard for me because if I don't know some words, its hard to figure out which ones means which, and I think I would retain more if the subtitles were word-for word... may not be possible though...

On how you said you don't have anyone who speaks the language fluently to speak too (this might be unless depending on your view of ai) but you could always ask chatgpt to have a conversation with you in the language you want and you can do it with audio as well
Spanish is hard. I was pulling low Cs at the community college. I had never taken it before, and I didn't know a single word. I learned the word Bailar (to dance), and in the written parts of exams I used that word so much, because it was all I knew.

Ahh, loved this! I have actually been learning Italian off and on for over 10 years... (in between chaotic times) and I have never heard of of droplets or your other suggestions! Sadly, I would really learn on Duolingo for a few months, and something(life or loss/lack of internet, etc.) would get in the way and the following year I lost most of what I learned... I have some basics down really good, but not even as good as you. This has inspired me to pick it back up... baby steps but nonetheless I do want to get better! Thank you for these free suggestions, can't wait to try it! I think the hardest part is not having someone else interested, and to practice with.

Also... Do you know any apps that will give you English subtitles, but a direct translation? Like they will order the English words directly what it means in Italian, no rearranging for the English grammar... That is always hard for me because if I don't know some words, its hard to figure out which ones means which, and I think I would retain more if the subtitles were word-for word... may not be possible though...

Kudos to you for learning so many languages. I spent 11 years in China as a teacher & school principal, and my Chinese is no where as good as yours. I don’t read or write at all, and my speaking is limited to taxis and shops.😂 You’re brilliant! Keep up the great work!

On how you said you don't have anyone who speaks the language fluently to speak too (this might be unless depending on your view of ai) but you could always ask chatgpt to have a conversation with you in the language you want and you can do it with audio as well

Spanish is hard. I was pulling low Cs at the community college. I had never taken it before, and I didn't know a single word. I learned the word Bailar (to dance), and in the written parts of exams I used that word so much, because it was all I knew.
Ironically Spanish is one of the easiest languages to learn , honestly it's about who's teaching you , my teacher made hard class intentionally hard

Currently I’m in a hotel but I just came from living in a shelter, car, gas station, and sleeping outside. Please be careful about judging others and their situations. ❤️
