Can you do a demo of how to add a tool change position to the machine for simulation?
When i go for machine code simulation, some error i found."Neither MTD nor CSE file is available" this the the error.How to create a CSE and MTD file?

Thanks for loading this video!After following these steps the "Tool Path Simulation" works fine but it giving me an error when I try to do Machine code simulation stating my .ini was not registered. When I accept the error it says unidentified channel name, followed by internal memory error. Any idea how to fix that one?

@@joannadariusz8375 Witam, niestety nie jestem Ci wstanie pomóc ponieważ nie miałem takiego problemu jak to robiłem i nawet nie wiem czemu wam się tak dzieje, mimo wszystko mam nadzieję, że sobie poradzisz, pozdrawiam.

Masz może postprocesor na tą maszynę ? Dysponuję taką na laboratoriach praktycznie stoi i się kurzy nikt jej nie używa chciałbym ją trochę potestować może nawet odpalić jakiś NC kod wygenerowany w NX. Sterowanie to Sinumeric 840D. Z góry dziękuję za pomoc

Niestety nie mam żadnych postprocesorów, ale w nx jest 'dość' przyjazny moduł do tworzenia. Jeśli znasz się trochę na kodzie sinumerica i masz dane techniczne obrabiarki to możesz spróbować stworzyć sobie taki pos.. .
Jest dużo materiałów o tym na youtubie, tutaj masz kilkuodcinkowy tutorial ua-cam.com/video/IaXTSq-Zky8/v-deo.html
oczywiście przy takich sprawach trzeba być ostrorznym.

@@krzysztofgad3662 thanks bro for responding..in fact I fixed the problem ...my machine file was named different in the graphics file than " machine_database.dat " file.. that why .. I fixe it ..thanks for the tutorial and responding too 👍👍

You mean the end of the film? This is a random part taken from a sample folder of NX. So you do not have a collision You have to do new machining.

Everything is working. The mistake was in kinematics. Simulation of the trajectory occurs normally. But the simulation of the machine code shifts up. The processing coordinates along the Z axis have a plus sign. What's wrong?

Check your directory routing in your .dat file
