I think you must have been referring to the 5th sentence ’Connaissez-vous Paris ?’and must have wondered there is ‘vous ‘ after the blank which is a pronoun .However I think ‘Connaissez vous Paris?’ - can also be written as Vous connaissez Paris?( Français famillier) .In that case after connaissez ,there is a noun- Paris ,hence good to use connaitre.

the song is a noun. and he doesn't know how to sing the song, he knows which song it is. That is why we will use connaitre.
