@@sainadh4214 because we hindus have only 1 primary goal that is to get mukti/moksham (to break birth and death cycle) , the other religions barely believes in heaven,hell and only 1 life tradition, so they think doing namaz or converting to their religion will make them to go to heaven permanently lol. But the point is infact they have to take the birth again due to karma.
So our hinduism (sanatana dharma is so vast) one can attain Moksha by bhakthi margam by reading all puranas, ethihasas, and keeping ego aside we should surrender ourselves to god like "anta eshwareecha" and should not ask anything even though we are in hard times because it will make us to take birth again. Like the same another method is dhyana margam one should always self enquiry who i am, what i am and should go deep in to it, once it Will lead to atmssakshatkaram. And the other methods gnana yoga and raja yoga is also there.
summary:- our hindus have to know everything about our wisdom like i mentioned instead of just worshiping for sake of material things like other religions. Our concepts are vaster than them.

Sri Krishna imparted right knowledge to Arjuna through Bhagavad Gita preaching and dispelled the illusion in Arjuna. Arjuna represents humans like us who can learn the skills. But to apply these skills with right wisdom we need the help of books like Bhagavad Gita or the modern self-help books.
Control your anger:
2.62-2.63: Too much of desire for objects lead to anger when the desire is unfulfilled. Anger destroys the intelligence ( decision making power) that leads a man to take a sinful action thereby ruining his life.
Have a friendly mind as it is the most powerful energy in the universe (7.4):
6.6: Mind is the friend for the one who conquers it and Mind is the enemy for the one who failed to do so. Engage it with positive thoughts by accepting the life as it is.
Definition of the real satisfaction:
3.42: The happiness caused by the delicious food we eat, vacations we go for is temporary and short living in nature. To understand this we need to understand our very existence. Superior to our sense organs is our mind. Superior to mind is our intelligence. Superior to intelligence is our soul. If we satisfy soul’s urge, we will satisfy all the hierarchy below. Soul gets satisfied by meditation 🧘♀️ and realization of the supreme divine energy within.
Fitness gives mental and physical strength. Reading self-help books give right knowledge and intelligence.
Mediating daily takes a man to the highest satisfaction he can achieve in his life.
