Why am I not surprised lol, as you know I only edit out the really bad ones. I try to let the genuine side of both me and the projects shine.

Thanks for the comment mate, it means a lot.
You will have noticed my bowl gouge with the full wings, that's what I meant by yours didn't look developed yet.

@turnedinaus I saw it instantly when I watched the video back... I started working my grind with the wheel that came with the grinder and my cbn wheel was coming the next day so I stopped ruining it and waited... I think in my next video you can see I got it fixed up 👊👊

Hmmm... great idea for turning odds and ends! Thanks for posting! Nothing wrong with turning away little offcuts just for practice. 🙂

Thanks Michael, absolutely worth honing skills.
Smaller is certainly harder, minor mistakes show up so much more on the small projects.
I find the smaller more technical and controlled you need to be, the more you learn.

Absolutely gorgeous little thing - I'm sure Richard will be pleased with what you did with his offcut!
And don't be too hard on yourself, we all make mistakes. The measure of a man is not whether he makes a mistake but how he deals with it. And every mistake I've seen you make in your videos you rectify with patience and creativitiy.
    Try, fail often and learn.

The frustration never lasts, as bad as it feels at the time, it's both a blessing and a curse of the AuDHD brain.
Extreme self anger at silly mistakes which then immediately pass at the next oooh shiny or ooh spinny object.... Mmmm satisfying shavings

15:33 when gout hits me a fly landing on affected area feels like a sledgehammer. You must be lucky....

Depends on the joint that it hits, currently near the Achilles tendon.... Sucks but not crippling
