Can a GIS administrator create a project, assign assignments to a dispatcher who will then assign assignments to workers and keep all of that separate from what other dispatchers and workers see? Essentially, if I have 10 dispatchers who will manage work being done, can they be assigned work to dispatch to specific workers and will each of the dispatchers and workers be able to see ONLY their own assignments?
