Wonderful little dance piece, Rob. I take it the machete was one of the forerunners of the ukulele when in was brought to Hawai'i in 1879. BTW, is there ANY plucked instrument on earth that you DON'T play? LOL
I believe it was. Portuguese. It’s easier to play similar instruments that are plucked with fingers or struck with a plectrum. You just have to figure out the tuning, then get to work. 😎
