This time, awayyy we go to the Southern State of Johor Darul Ta'zim 🔷 After our working trip around the hotels/resorts in Desaru coast, we decided to extend one night at One&Only Desaru Coast! ..But it was too short yet a very sweet, memorable experience! We will return to it in the future, InshaAllah.

Hi Mira & Emir. I got tips for your sinus from my own lecturer.
Since she saw my sinus is pretty bad, she suggested me to go to non-government hospital to do mini operation for sinus. Her daughter already go through that mini operation and fully healed from sinus. But sadly i am not able to perform one since I am a student and I can't afford to do the operation. But i believe you have the money for it. You should go for it as I understand how much sinus will affect your quality of life.
For me, I can't even do simple task such as cleaning room/house, folding laundry and even playing with my pets without having sinus. Mine is a bad one too, to the point that I got red & swollen eyes and shortness of breath. I hope one day I'll be able to perform the operation too. Best of luck for you.

congratulations #EmirAmirah. I really enjoyed watching your videos. just a side note: for resdung/sinus problem, i used to have it too before and still having it but not as bad as before. What I did was, I consume alfalfa complex and vitamin C from Shaklee consistently. Previously, I 'll have sudden itchiness on my nose which would make my nose turns red every morning, but now alhamdulillah, that itchiness will only come if I'm exposed to heavily dusted places or eat any unfresh seafood.

i love the way MF call her husband " Boo" 😍 9:48 I'm the1 yg ada sinus sgt teruk dulu then i makan flavettes vitamin c soluble tu from 2017 till now my sinus totally hilang but recently i heard not so good to take 1000mg vitamin C... tak bagus utk kidney so dah sbulan i take alternate day macam a week 3x camtu la... but actually it's really works... i dah try so many vitamin C brand lain tak affective macam brand flavettes... tapi tak sure la dia sesuai dgan Mira ke tak? just try la dulu mana tahu ok kan? btw congrats for the silver plate... Boleh cuba CF-Rub/CF-Bath Tasneem Naturel sapu kat hidung untuk sinus.. Tapi kalau rasa dah teruk i highly recommend for further check up wether need to do minor surgery.. Based on my own experienced, selalu pitam during pregnancy bila ada sinus.. Lega sangat2 lepas buat surgery, pagi2 dah x bersin2.. makan pon kene jaga, try elak atau kurangkan mana2 yg u suspek make it worst.. please get treatment soonest ya.. 😊

My sinus mmg teruk I dah jmp doctor bcoz I'm allergic to 10 type of antibiotic so steroid nasal spray pon never work.. so a friend of my share tips rebus Ginger, tumeric, lemon grass and water put in pot for 10min aft that put 1 or 2 spoon of honey and drink buat for 3 days gitu ..for me it works alhamdulilah syukur.. but if u are pregnant or process nak Ade baby better consult doctor first...😬

You can try Scott emulsion the white fish oil, My doctor asked me to drink it everyday and I'm getting better after drinking it for a quite of time. It's good to say my sinus is not so frequent anymore.

Thank you mira for the video...rumah i pun i buat konsep resort kampung mix moden...mula rasa kelakar coz i ingat taste i teruk takut org gelak but after i tgk ur room tour lega rasanya coz ada pulak hotel yg buat konsep mcm tu so i m not alone...coz of the tour i dpt idea the jacuzzi tray tu so i terus order from shopee😂...dpt nanti nak letak candle and so on...thank you guys...may you hv wonderful year ahead🥰

Tahniah mira emir..mungkin mira boleh try nasal spray NASONEX or boleh buat allergy test utk tahu apa yg trigger kita (contoh: dust mite) or boleh jumpa dgn mana² ENT SPECIALIST..mereka lebih arif..😊
