I love that you suggest sitting and focusing on a plant. I haven’t exactly tried this, but I have a couple plants that were on the verge of death, and I sat with them and spoke to them lovingly, telling them they were beautiful and I knew they could make it. And they did!! They are so lush and beautiful right now!! 😄

Joseph, I am so grateful for your videos and courses. I really appreciate that you take the time to not only identify problems but also come up with very helpful and practical solutions. So many self-help gurus are quick to identify problems and go on tangents about real-life examples and anecdotal stories, but then spend little to no time providing the steps necessary to address those problems. You on the other hand spend almost equal amounts of time identifying problems (disempowering beliefs, negative self-talk, etc) and detailing what the solutions are (subconscious reprogramming, recording affirmations, journaling, and so on). I have told many people about your work and I wish for your continued success!

Somehow I was guided to this knowledge that changed my life and it hasn't even been a year yet but my life is completely different now. I just embody the personality of the person who has everything I want and then I get it and I think that's the most important rule.
But I have to say that sometimes the over-analysis does assist me. Coz most people don't really understand LOA, they think that you can just say a few affirmations and get into a good feeling state. And yes if you do that you'll get luckier most definitely but if you want your entire life to change from being a thrice divorced obese hobo with no education and no friends and an abusive childhood into a ripped millionaire with a happy family and social life, then you most definitely have to get right into the core of who you are, understand what held you back through careful and honest analysis, and change it so dramatically that your entire old personality dies and you feel reborn.
You can do all the affirmations you want and get into the right feeling state but the hardware of your brain can only be changed once you consciously comprehend where the wiring is faulty and then install new programming 😋 it's a very logical process imo.
I am so amazed at your mapping abilities.

But, the Auto-Suggestion at the end is not that at all - it's length and lack of rhythm make it instead, a SERMON. Rather, I will try something light and rhythmic, as that is what I find my Sub.Con is ready to absorb and thus take over. Maybe something like...
