All the haters in the comments section clearly don’t live in the Phoenix area…American, Hawaiian and Southwest are the only airlines that fly nonstop from here to Hawaii. None of them serve meals in economy but it beats having to fly to another city and change planes
Wrong! Hawaiian does serve a meal, Southwest will give you a box of snacks, AA is too cheap and lazy to serve anything except for those shitty biscoff cookies
@@mksoct1st09 it’s not wrong I fly Hawaiian in March 2023 and they did NOT serve meals. The passed out a hot pocket type thing on the afternoon flight and sausage McMuffin thing n the morning flight and both were disgusting and inedible. They may serve meals from other destinations
T4 @ PHX airport is kinda outdated, with ceiling being kinda low, but otherwise it’s a pretty good building, specially with the windows looking onto the tarmac. It was also good to see the LA area & some of the plains of Hawaii while on decent.
You picked the wrong airline if you want any food in economy under eight or nine hours flight time . I took their “Flagship” 787-9 from DFW nonstop to OGG - a LONG flight and there was one meal service with a chicken wrap with chips and a brownie .
6 + hours with no food service, not even food for sale?! - Even Ryanair, worlds "so called worse airline" (NOT) offers plenty of food options even for shorter than 2 hour flights.
Thanks for your review but you can keep AA...their service still sucks and I find it hard to spend money for no service or this kind of service and to pay FC in order to get a meal however AA is known to give FC boxes of snacks which doesn't go well either!!!! Hope you had fun in Maui!

8:43 I see my home!
Same 😂
I loved maui
Seat 8F not A
I hate their menu but on the same flight I got multiple biscoff packs across the flight
Hey I did the same airline same airport and same airplane how surprising 🤣
Where is OOG?
No seat back IFE even in first class? The bean counters at AA strike again 🙃
ya AA is really falling behind UA and DL
AA is the worst of the big three
You’re typing this comment on an IFE
@@afridgetoofar1818 I think that the order is Delta - United - AA. Delta definitely is the clear winner, but UA has been making some improvements.
What is a A321NEO?

Too bad you were stuck in economy
