Growing up, a lot of foreigners think we are lazy with the way we pace our lives - a lot of us are not running in a rat race that's why we are a "3rd world country". In some level it is true but lots of foreigners these days realise their pace is too fast. I guess every individual is different, the important thing is to find the sustainable place and pace for the life you want.

This is the true good life and genuine happiness. You have the sea, mountains, grass, trees surround you where children can play & run so freely. No extreme heat or cold weather. Only alternating dry & wet seasons which give abundance of growth of fruits & vegetables. Good & hospitable people who love children whether their own or others. ❤

In Dauin, Negros Oriental, some Russian families are also living there which means that Philippines is now being noticed by Russian people to be the place of spending a long vacation or permanent residence.

I've seen your mom like the fish, just buy fish bangus ask the market about bangus ask them to clean the fish then marinate it with vinegar, garlic,ground pepper salt not too much after an hour you can fry it, just cover it when frying, everyones favorite ❤

My ex- who lived in Mindanao for a year- told me that if Luzon and Visayas ever had drought, Mindanao can still feed the whole of the Philippines.. We are in Metro Manila but still visit Batangas every now and then.Batangas is abunfant too.

Just a question, how come they were able to buy and own land in the Philippines when it is NOT ALLOWED under Philippine law? Are they aware of this and were they given a land title or land certificate after sales?

Leasing for 99 years . They do that in Palm Springs
Of course they do know. They aren't allowed to own a land here in PH. It's a long-term lease agreement with a Filipino landowner.
Leasing is still the appropriate for them to live free like on their own. Besides they are practical traveler and spenders, unlike Filipinos feeling land grabbing like fencing up high and occupying the whole lot for their own comforts so long they have the money to spend up to the sky.

Andrei, what’s the couple’s source of income in Samal? How are they supporting their family financially, if you don’t mind me asking ?
I think one source of income is the rental property they have from their Russians friends and other Russians and I heard they mention online jobs for other Russians while in the island
The Standard of Living here is a bit Cheaper and Affordable compared to your country Russia is very High Maintenance standard of Living.
Andrei you need to buy the land next or close to russian village so you can make your own business like Dennis. 😊 and name it Mama Olgas russian village and welcome the other foreigners not just russians. 😊
