I can't sleep without Aqua's bed time stories.
As someone on their very first wipe who's not paying much attention to tasks at all, the main thing I've learned from Aqua's videos is that Fuel Conditioners are the most important thing to get, and are completely impossible to find.
Oh, all of them quest items are rare. But only when you need them!
Forgot to hoard CPUs? Well, no computer will spawn them during the quest. Ushankas or cowboy hats? Same. M4 for Prapor? Pf, no Rogue will carry M4

I literally only need killa and the goons for kappa, and 3 ledx's, I looted black room on labs 5 times, all the resort rooms 20 times, woods usec camp 15 times. The fucking game knows, just like GTA, and once you don't need it it will throw it at you from all angles...

collect them before you get the quest. its probably coincidence but it always seems like the spawn chances for items you need for active quests are lower
