You've got some great friends! Those bread deliveries looked so good! Also congrats on getting completely jacked!
The quality of your videos is insanely good for how small of a channel this is. It's really impressive.

I sure do!! Thanks heh - I don't know if I'd describe myself as "completely jacked" yet, but I'm working on it 💪 And wow, thank you!! That's v nice of you to say and really good to hear. Been putting a lot of time and effort in so I'm glad that's showing! I just got a camera too so hopefully there will be a footage quality upgrade coming soon... 🤓

I can totally relate to you! I've been injured the first half of this year because I had a meniscus tear (pretty tiring process). After I fully recovered I slipped and fell on my knee (not while climbing) and teared my meniscus again! Being injured sucks...

Ohhh man, that sounds terrible. Isn't it wild how injurious life outside of climbing is?! You do everything right and then randomly slip and boom: hurt again. Hope it's a speedy recovery and that you make lots of gains in the meantime 🤓

Hey, very off topic but I am a medical student. On that X-ray at 0:16, there is some abnormal bony growth ( bone spurs) at the distal aspect of your 1st MPJ. In other words the bone on your 1st big toe has some abnormal growth, Do you see that abnormal growth? do you get pain around that site ?. Two main reasons 1: hallux rigidus which is an arthritis causing limited big toe movement ( such as dorsiflexion). another reason could be due to gout. If that is not causing pain nothing to really worry but if it is recommend seeing a podiatrist or even GP.

Hi! Nope, no pain. I did ballet for about 15 years growing up and that definitely made my feet pretty weird lol. I did go to a podiatrist for the broken toe (coz it was so displaced) and he pointed out all sorts of things, but aside from being a bit ugly my feet seem fine!! Appreciate the concern tho 🙂

I got a mallet finger last November at some point, and yet, I didn't know what it was until the coming January.
I have no idea how I got it, but with the splint, I was unable to do a lot of things for months.

@@512andbeyond I find them annoying, and would just prefer to stand by what I said, if it is just a swear. They don't mean anymore than you give them, and YT doesn't actually care.

I'm currently having the same injury, so now I'm stuck here watching climbers climb instead of climbing myself🥲
