It was a lovely ending. I watched the first three series while at university. Last year I found out there was a 4th series. I just finished watching it tonight.
Made me cry. I went to uni of manc and graduated in 2016. My 3 years in fallowfield came to an end with the shows season finale. Some of the best years of my life..

Being sent home from university early because of coronavirus, listening to this song whilst sitting in my halls room. Thinking about all of the memories I’ve made with my new friends over the last 7 months, all the fantastic experiences I’ve had, and everything I’ve learned about myself. I had no idea that university would be this magical, and I didn’t know I would be this sad when it ended. But it has, its over.
I don’t want to leave, I wish it coulda lasted forever 😢

Carina is one of my oldest friends, and this song grew into a special meaning in mine and my profoundly disabled sibling's hearts when one morning looked at me with so much love, and I realised all that time, not knowing how much was understood, my sibling had loved me for years, and I'd missed out.
A few years later, my sibling passed. I played this song at the funeral. It's one of her most beautiful. But I can't listen to it now without collapsing into a ball and crying.
Carina, I know this song was a gift to your friends in how you had everyone sing in the choir, and your mother and Kurt send their audio..... Thank you for this little gift of memories attached to music....

This reminds me so much of my mother. She would sing this song so much. She passed away after giving birth to my little sister. To this day I play this song as a way to say that she's loved and missed. May she rest in peace...

My grandmother was my best friend. She passed away a few years ago. It's hard for me to listen to this song because I can remember pretty her telling me that she felt like we were "born into the wrong time." She used those exact words. It's also really comforting to hear someone else voicing it.

This song was played in a slide show of memories my father made at my grandmother's funeral. It was a perfect song and I remember it to this day. 4/17/ 10-11? I was only 8 I think and she passed away 2 days after my birthday. RIP.
