I've been there with a bad pizza transfer to the stone. That dough recipe probably is better for 2 pizzas than one giant one. At least until you get a peel that big.
The fact that it was a bit of a difficult one to wrangle, frankenpizza turned out great and it sounds good. The fact that it turned out that good, tells me that recipe is pretty good too! I bet the next time if you do it on the screen it will be quite amazing.
A hundred years ago, when I worked at a pizzeria, we always used screens for about 2/3 of the cook, then took ot off to toast up the bottoms. I still do that today. With that... The ugly pizza still looked fantastic, Tommy!👍😋😋😋

My son wanted home made pizzas on the 1050 for his promotion to high school. We had family over and had made about 7 pizzas. The secret to transfer is a dash of cornmeal on the pan and in the stone I believe you shared that in your other pizza video that you made in the 1050. Either way you gave me a nice recipe for these pizzas. Nice and simple, and more importantly, yummy
