Skillet chicken meal:
(need) 4 chicken breasts, salt, pepper, 1 cup chicken broth, 1tbsp garlic powder. 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes, 1/2 tsp thyme, 2 tbsp olive oil, 8oz. mushroom (baby bella) Use less if you don't like a lot of mushrooms, 1/2 cup finely diced shallots (or red onion) 2 tbsp butter, 2 tbsp parsley, 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream.
(make) Preheat oven 375F. Pound chicken to 1/2" thickness, sprinkle salt & pepper on both sides. In measuring cup, combine: chicken broth, garlic, red pepper flakes, thyme. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in oven safe skillet over medium heat. ( I used cast iron skillet) Add mushrooms, brown 3-4 minutes, stir. (Remove to plate) Reduce heat to medium. Add shallots with chicken broth mixture to skillet. Scrape bottom of pan to loosen brown bits. Simmer sauce 8-10 minutes until thickened, then remove sauce from heat. Add butter, whisk until melted. (off heat, add heavy whip cream and mushrooms) Place skillet back on heat for 30 seconds. (do not boil sauce) Add chicken, drizzle sauce over chicken, place skillet in oven for 30-40 minutes until chicken is cooked. Enjoy!

Hi Marie. I don't know if you know it, but, your toilet lid that's loose, it can be tighten back to its original tightness by adjusting the little buttons at the back or tightening the screws. Unless its broken of course. I think the chicken dinner looked delicious and I love mushrooms!! Hope all are you are safe from the hurricane.
Yes it doesn't need to be tightened, lol. I loved the dinner! Mushrooms are so good.

Your home looks so pretty. I love that chicken recipe. I would eat it just like you cooked it, but my husband is so picky I don't think I could put any of those seasonings, and especially not the mushrooms!
Love Arabella clothes. Still love Disney movie 😂 the old ones. Ugh I'm happy for it seeming to cool off a tad. We've had some much needed rain. I do need that Lysol stuff I hate the orange ring. I use a pumice stone but I don't like using it.
The lysol lime amd rust works good for the hard water stains, so does bar keepers friend powder and pumice stones, too!

Morning family asbury, I had a dream last night after watching your backyard upgrade. So I tool nap and saw where the landlord offered yal a purchase of the home.
Ps if you reme.ber right before yal moved bc of unhealthy mold a d flooring. We within that dream I saw where yal had already found another real rental.
When you announced I told you of that dream too.
