- Let's reset for March! I've been continuing to build upon my 2024 goals & am making progress in my effort to find better life balance in 2024. In this monthly reset, I'm reflecting on February & sharing my (limited) habit tracking data from the month (lifestyle routines, fitness, nutrition, relationships, work, & house projects), plus looking ahead to March and setting new goals to focus on. I also broke this reset down into a mental health rest day, & a practical productive reset day! I'm still on a mission to get closer to my ideal self with accomplishing these goals in 2024, so I hope this reset encourages & motivates you!
