Thanks for the upload of this interesting machine.
I'm not sure if you'll see my comment but how much liquid is lost into the vacuum chamber, I see you have a fair amount already but then you have bottled quite alot already.

I pull the wine out of the vacuum chamber and bottle it and drink it within a few weeks of bottling. It's super oxidized and ready to drink with no aging. That is unless we drink it that night 😆 🤣

Probably 150+ this year, still have a full tank of white I need to bottle. It's cold in Chicago, need something to keep me warm!

If the beer isn't carbonated it would. I have to degas some of my wines before using the machine.

Now I just have to hide it from my wife. She always says she doesn't like my wine but there are a couple empty bottles in the garbage at the end of every week. 🤣🤣🤣
