Unboxing My Retired Schleich Collection

- EDIT: Since this video is still getting pushed to the masses, I figured I’d clarify something! There seems to be some confusion in the comments on what retired means. Retired means that Schleich is no longer producing that model. HOWEVER, it doesn’t mean that you can’t still buy them! Companies such as Amazon, toy stores and Schleich themselves will often have extra stock long after they retire that model. So yes, it is still possible to buy some of these :)

Finally decided to bite the bullet and unbox the Schleich models after moving to our new house! Hope you guys enjoy :)

I had the palomino stallion but i once went to the beach to take photos bc i photography with schleich and collecta and i had my bag open somehow he fell out and i didnt notice, his name was pablo he was like my fav horse i still miss him i have been trying to get my hands on a pablo 2.0 but hes just so hard to find now adays 😭
Have you tried Facebook groups? Sometimes they have them there, I saw one the other day but it sold quick

Schleich has gone down hill so much the retired ones are my fav u have all the ones I want
my heart SOARED when i saw you pull out that gypsy vanner mare!!! she was my favorite when i was a kid!! we have a lot of the same horses :) it was nice to see that others had such a lovely time with their horses when they were young too!

The 2008 Hanoverian stallion I got A WHILE back and now he is a bit lighter because he is so worn down but he still looks good.

The half lingering laying down foal I feel like this should make more like that but they also really are hard to play with But you could just get 1 that looks like it and then act like it stands it up

I also have the Fall limited addition Frisian and the black pinto Frisian in same model

It’s crazy how I have nearly all of the ones you do, I collected them for years and now my toddler gets to play with them.
I refuse to buy her some of the new ones mainly cause I have wayyy to many (over 150) 😂 but I also don’t like the new ones, I think they look cheap and weird now, that’s just my opinion.
So cool to see I’m not the only know who still has their collection, I refuse to get rid of them it’s my childhood too.

Yeah some will float around and be sold for a longgggg time after they're retired sometimes. I was just doing Google searches on these and people were saying they were retired. I could most definitely be wrong tho!

Ok here's the thing I love schleich it doesn't matter if it old or new I understand that you don't but breyer cost over 55$ or even 90$ and you think 10.00$ is over price?
I get that yeah 😂 it kind of makes me look hypocritical. For me, I just liked the older quality schleich, so in my brain I have trouble spending more on something that I deem lower quality than it used to be 🤷♀️ With Breyer, the quality has stood the test of time and is always pretty consistent so I’m okay with spending more there! I just don’t buy as much as I would if I was collecting schleich. My tastes have also just changed a lot over time too

Sorry, I meant to say I love collecting Schleich horses I have over 200+ the farm animals. I just have 200 horses and 30 farm animals dogs you know the farm are all the wildlife stuff.

What exactly makes a schleich figure, a retired model?
Most models are only available for a certain amount of time before they have to cycle them out to make room for new ones! Some are available for a couple years, others might be just one year…it varies depending on how well the model sells!
