Getaway to Antarctica on Scenic Eclipse | Episode 1 Pt. 1

Tina Dalton, documentary filmmaker and Getaway presenter travels to Antarctica. Stopping in Paradise Harbour, guests had the chance to explore mother nature's grand sculpture garden of icebergs. Gliding through the calm waters of Cierva Cove with gently falling snow amid ancient bergs had a mystical appeal. The weather can be unpredictable though, as Tina found out later on the shores of Mikkelsen Harbour. As the wind howled across the remnants of a former whaling station, it was a harsh reminder of why there are no permanent residents of the icy continent.
