It's unfortunate this video is like "we're going to this and this" and then suddenly it's done without showing how to do it. Could have been a useful video. You might also go over some pros and cons of shortening wires. I know too many people that have done this to their servos and moved them over to a different heli only to find their wires are too short. A more convenient method is to fold the wires inside of the heat shrink (or nylon tubing) which yields the same same effect without destroying your wires.

Here is an in-depth video I made on how to crimp the servo ends. The heat shrink is self-explanatory can you slide it over the wire and shrink it down.

What is the purpose of the SRXL2; is it for better reception, you have a satellite receiver mounted on the IKON. All I use is the satellite receivers on my IKON.

Thank you! There is links in the video description. You don’t have to buy 100 foot roll but the main size I use is 3/16. And then for the multiple wires together i use half-inch

What do you use for heat to shrink the tubing? I have this 300W embossing heat tool I use for shrink wrap - but I think too much for this application -- it like instantly shrinks heat shrink ...and makes it scream out for it's mama.
