He might be the best, but he definitely is good at Business too lol My guy is trashing every other doctor. He was definitely correct because there are some doctors are not well knowledgeable about this field, but it seems like he means everyone except him lol Anyways tell him to decrease the cost and there will be a big line outside his clinic lol
Again, he just made a point that outside his clinic, you'd be gambling with your life.
There already is a big line, he claims himself to do 30 operations a week. Also he is right about it, not even the other top clinics have ICUs or ECMO. It is rare to have such a safe place. You are right about it being too costly thou, well its the premium he can ask because there is no other on his level.
What a great doctor, love his honesty and being straight forward about this matter!

damn what a gem this video is thank you Victor and Dr. Paley for doing this. One thing I noticed Dr. Paley said stem cell therapy doesnt work on bone healing Did I understand that correctly? Because my surgeon will do stem cell therapy after the device removal (LON on femurs)
Vector there's Research or operations to increase the length of the spine like leg lengthening, is there any news about this in the future?
That one is way riskier because if something gets wrong the patient can get paralyzed

The ILizarov Tibia doesn't need fibula fixation screws. The fibula fixation comes from the wires of the Ilizarov ex fix. So when the Ilizarov ring is removed, there is no need for syndesmotic tibia-fibula screws

The distal Tibia syndesmotic screw should be inserted from the Fibula or from the Tibia?

@@Cyborg4Life Actually it doesn't matter. All that matters is that the syndesmotic screw should be slanting down towards the fibula. The head of the screw can be at either the tibia or the fibula
Hey Victor. Is there any minimum limit for Limb Lenghtening surgery ? Is it possible to lengthen the femur only 2 or 2.5 cm?
At that point you might as well just use height insoles to your shoes. Not worth going so much trouble for many months for such a little gain...

At 1:03:10 he is saying Debiparshad made a beginner's mistake. However it's important to note that Debiparshad studied at Paley's institute. So, he didn't learn at the institute to put a single screw that could've avoided the entire problem? Seems hard to believe.
