    Do you not think weightlifting makes dynamic athletes such as soccer players, and basketball players, sore and stiff? Surely this is not what the greatest athletes did during their developing phase. And I'm purely talking about the athletes listed above. (as I'm sure weights must be beneficial for some of the athletes You train) However Is there no other way to get the explosivnes of an Mbappe or the vertical of a Ja Morant?

      U still have to do other things like mobility so u aren't stiff. U can be stiff and inflexible with or without lifting.

      Mobility work is always important. Just playing the sport also makes one sore and stiff.
