How I'll Restrict Access For ONLY ONE Account. But, Please make sure that the account have access to the records for which it is owner. They should not be able to see any other records in salesforce.

through sharing rules we share the records to group of useres only or can we share to individual user.
In the Public Group, does Sanjay Gupta & Vikas Gupta are members of Internal User Group
They are individual users those are part of public group.
But it will reflect to all other users also right here my point is how to prevent from anyone perticular user
I guess the manual sharing can be done on clicking the object option and we can share to which we want there are options like sharing or sharing hierarchy

Good explanation. Just issue with the sound quality + lots of ads in between. It's just breaks the flow.

Unlike Permission Set, is org wide default used to open up or restrict access for records?
OWD is used to restrict and roles, sharing rules are used to open up record sharing.

What is other user’s profile?
The another user is still able to see my account records even after i mark it private in my sharing settings. Why so??
Another user should be able to view those record which are owned by that user. If another user is able to see all record then check object settings of account object and verify view all and modify all should be unchecked.

If I have 2 profiles both are custom profiles cloned by system administrator profile then how can I restrict the record level access??
For record level restrictions use OWD, roles and sharing rules. Profile doesn’t needs any changes.

In record level security I have created admin and user in that I have created the records and made OWD as private for custom object so after that I saw the records are shown in both user and admin actually It should show only the user records alone but its showing admin records also for standard Object its working good if it comes to custom its displaying all records
Can you help?
Have you created record through both users and tested? Because sharing happens based on ownership or criteria.
