      @@DavidEdwards9801 the ferro fluid does not live up with something they need to be fed upon, and it does not have any living thing inside it. all it has is a liquid and a magnet in less words. So, what u wrote here is kinda not at all logical.

    George Medhurst came up with the 'hyperloop' concept in 1799. It is hardly new. It is also very impractical, not just too expensive for what it delivers but it is almost impossible to create and maintain the almost complete vacuum required to operate. The tube also need to be very straight or there would be g-force issues. Changing direction at very high speeds needs to be done gradually.

    • @Welgeldiguniekalias
      @Welgeldiguniekalias 10 місяців тому +6

      Elon Musk: "Wait no listen, don't build high speed rail! I just invented the HYPERLOOP and it's really easy, I promise! 🤑🤑🤑"
      Surely a billionaire automotive tycoon wouldn't lie about public transportation, would he??

    • @lestionual1369
      @lestionual1369 10 місяців тому

      now with that mindset u wont get anywhere in your life. If u ask someone from 1800 about a car which can reach almost 500kmhr no one would believe it. but still we got cars going to that speed. who wouldve thought that there will be such an energy which can light up the homes if asking someone from the generation when electricity was invented. So, everything is possible. we just need the determination and brains for it.

    • @lestionual1369
      @lestionual1369 10 місяців тому

      now if it is about the cost then obviously it wont be like this. world financial will increase gradually. and if talking about g force issues then its the same as slowing a car when a turn comes up. and as long as i know, the theory uses a diamagnetic material which has the ability to attract it and also an ability to repel it so it floats in the air. then the magnet is is kept at a very low temperature which somehow helps it to not skid off. u can even try creating a basic prototype or im pretty sure u can find one on youtube already made for you. so bro,, believe, this will change for sure. Just need the time for it.

    • @BrOhOlO
      @BrOhOlO 10 місяців тому +3

      i can just repeat what lestionual1369 said and add that highspeed rails are impractical for most territories, as airplanes are cheaper. thats why they are only used in quite specific circumstances or as rather inefficient prestige projects, although they exist for quite a while now

    Had a look at some PhD opportunities a few weeks ago and one of them was asking to build an artificial blood-brain barrier... (currently doing my Masters in Biomedical Science and got nosey)
    Just to put it into perspective, the brain lets in VERY little, the main being a few basic amino acids and the majority glucose. Not even your immune system can get in...

    • @anitacrumbly
      @anitacrumbly 10 місяців тому

      That's insane considering we have only had 30 years to study the brain at a level that is able to study the brain while still alive. Well I guess you don't know unless you try but I didn't think we were even close to being here yet considering that yes we know a lot more than we did about the brain but not lets start building artificial pathways to the brain especially the blood-brain barrier close.

    I'm glad you pointed out some of the hurdles much of this technology still has to go through. It's important to promote awareness of potential world-changing technologies, but it's also important to point out their limitations. Whereas innovative technology would be nice to have, we also must adopt the wisdom needed to maintain new power.
