Good Morning, much like you, I was drawn in by the lovely frames, and yes they are lovely, however they sent me sunglasses instead of prescription lens. Yes, sunglasses, what can I do with sunglasses, I am 74 and need the bifocals I paid 4. After many months of back and forth, they offered me $33.00. This is how they respond to their mistake, take your money and offer (after your return) the product. They stole my $$$, and think it is ok, not today. A partial refund will never do, as it violates their own refund policy. If you are considering a purchase, look around, there are lots of lovely frames u can purchase elsewhere, please consider, this company is not for US!

I would like u if so inclined to Google complaints, or you may want to Google "Aoolia Complaints", again thank you for responding,
