Thanks for sharing so much of the personal side! I got a bike 2 months ago and UA-cam is where I go to learn for any new hobby; your channel was the first and I'm a loyal viewer of every video in your library. Can't wait for 2025! And don't worry about the haters :)
Thanks for both your honesty in this and your sense of humor in your wider videos! Tip for your viewers re time management/training: If you can try to cycle your commute. I live 12 miles away from work and so do 25 odd miles per day almost by accident. It has become so automatic that I don't consider any other mode of transport anymore. Realize that not everyone can do this but even if you do it a couple times a week or only a portion of your commute if the distance is too great its just soooo good to keep both consistency and get the miles in without encroaching so much on the rest of your life. I live in London so the roads/weather can be challenging but it's just the best thing ever even when being close passed in the pissing rain.
Thank you very much for your work so far. I like your story telling and would love to see more. But I understand you sometimes struggle with output and that's okay. I'm stoked for more to come. Happy 2025! I'll stay a loyal subscriber
1:35:43 that it, Tadej Pogačar for the win. I love him seen racing and also he is slovenian and me to and I live in the same municipality as him. Wrom Komenda, I wish you great new year and a lot of great content and adventures. Sorey for English.
My favorite place to ride has been the track at Road America in Wisconsin. Track time on bikes is amazing. Maybe that's the new series? Bottas has a few track tours on 360 cams that are pretty silly.
Just came across your channel today, really enjoyed your content, subscribed 🤙I’m just starting out you gave me a few ideas on how to go forward with my channel…
I might try it, but I don't see myself consistently racing on Zwift or TrainingPeaks or anywhere virtually anytime soon, it's just not something that has interested me. For those you do want to race, I do think it's a good option if you already have a TrainingPeaks account.
@ yeah absolutely - Nothing beats riding outdoors 🙌🏻 But when you ARE riding inside, racing on TrainingPeaks Virtual is by far the most enjoyable way to get training stimulus! TPV in-game lists the more popular races if you are really needing to race against other humans (but the bots are honestly almost just as fun to race against)
I see it as having 3 “bosses.” The audience (including you!), sponsors, and myself. It’s a balancing act to meet the demands of all three. I’m definitely not perfect and it and constantly working to improve.
Starts @ 4:21

You work for sponsors, how does it affect you?
