Keegan did one HELL of a job at Newcastle over the few years he was there ... Really had an eye for a good signing, and seemed to be able to motivate his players so well ... but the guy became too intense and twitchy when he reached the Premier League.
It seemed to effect his judgment from time to time, and it all ended in tears. If Keegan had been a little more patient and calm after promotion, I think he could have bagged a title at some point.

Can't agree with that at all. The team developed every season from 93 until he left in Jan '97. He made a few mistakes but he just couldn't get one over on Man United. Harsh.
