That particular keyboard has scenes that are basically 5 different sounds which can be individually assigned arps and keyboard zones he used a single scene for this performance....I mean that keybioard makes this sort of performance possible even for sucky players like me lol

The issue with the video being unavailable in Denmark is because of a conflict over payments between Google and KODA (Danish royalty collector) - so if KODA have anything to do with collecting royalties for your music in Denmark you shouldn't use much energy on getting the video online. If they don't have anything to do with that, just kick Google in the *beep* :-)

Very beautiful as always. However I suggest make cleaner the final mix. Too many arpegios in the piece what do a bit diffucult to be focused in the main melody.
Glad you liked it! Yes, the arpeggios are sometimes a bit all over the place, as they were generated in realtime by the synth's AI arpeggiator based on what I played. The arpeggios in the final piece will be more refined.

They are connected straight to the preamps. But some of the synths (like the Jupiter-Xm here) have balanced outputs, so they are designed to be connected without the need for DI boxes.
Really smooth melody and very ether like intro. Reminds me of some of the movies from the early 80's at the very beginning of the song. Then goes into a "chariots of fire" kind of run. Smooth transitions from the intro into the melody and then into the body. Nice work!
I'm actually getting this tomorrow (that's the plan). From what I've seen the MPC technology talks to it perfectly so my MPC Live 1 will work well with that & the JV 1010 (1999) & MC 303 (1996) perfectly well & anything else I can throw at the MPC. Side chaining stuff with the Kick on the MPC will work wonders for a live rig & PORTABLE & LIGHTWEIGHT as! Seen your live shows & this device looks like it does everything all your others. With the JV 1010 & MC 303 means 32 midi channels of 1990's goodness :-) & analogue Deluge for whatever else I want. Saw the Jupiter X however, it looked way too bulky & heavy for my live & studio needs. Already got a ton of Roland & other gear. Just a quick question - does it really have the entire XV 5080 sounds on there as well? I know it has other synthesizer presets installed from various famous Roland synthesizers over the years but not sure about the XV 5080. Great demo mate - Dave from little old Adelaide in South Australia.
Yes, it truly is lightweight and portable! :) I completely agree about the Jupiter-X, I never liked that model. It just feels unnecessary bulky and heavy. I never used a real XV 5080 and haven't explored the XV 5080 sounds on the Jupiter-Xm, so unfortunately I cannot say. You have to be prepared to do some menu diving with the Jupiter-Xm though, make sure to check out some other videos so you can see how it works. On the other hands, there are editors available for the Jupiter X/Xm these days. Personally, I prefer the Fantom 6 as it has an easier workflow. But that is twice the cost of the Jupiter-Xm and it is still quite big.
My advice is go desktop from now on. They are throwing away the Waldorf Blofeld which you can easily get analogue sounding patches for - lots of ways to do it. Hanging to control the Jupiter XM & hopefully its Zencore refills via MSB LSB & PC# - from what I've seen Akai pick it up perfectly. Just need a road case or tool kit that will fit the dimensions of that & all my other gear & that folds out! Need to travel again but with a portable rig this time. Amazing demo & cheers for the heads up on the menu diving - I'm used to that with the MC 707 which is also Zencore based & very "DJ Midi friendly" as I call it @@kebu
Ended up buying one! Looking at the Akai Key 37 as I have the Key 61 but that's too bulky for live shows! Program Change is nice & smooth on that. Loving it!

Are you using direct boxes to connect your synths to your interface? Or is it straight into the interface/preamp inputs?
