That 1st floor plan flows very well.

First home feels very bunched up at front of home where bedrooms are. More for your buck in northwest vegas traffic was horrendous last time I was in Henderson...strip area even worse... too many California suckers are invading your state...sorry but it's true vegas was the place to be in late 1960s but not anymore
