Umm EVM are the least transparent thing out there. I am a software engineer and honestly the secrecy they have around it is worrying at best and dangerous to democracy at worst. If I make a machine like that i can easily hack it and make it work anyway you want it to. So school college jao. Engineer bano. Quality control seekho. And software testing seekho. If they make the code open source. It'll increase resiliency and it'll make the process better. Computers do not always behave the same way especially microcontrollers. So you need to have automated repeatable testing and you need to make it robust. Secrecy would only increase the chance of hacking from within and from outside agents. Kuch nahi toh evm ka threat model hi public kardo. At least mitigated threats

Best news for the BJP is the timing of the bad news. Any ruling party would like the bad news to come when it is at its strongest point and can survive the bad news. After introspection and self analysis, BJP will emerge a stronger party in 2029.
