  • Restaurant Style Sweet & Sour Lapu-lapu
    500-600g Lapu-lapu (or any kind of fish)
    *Season with salt & pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp cooking oil
    1 medium size yellow onion, sliced
    20g ginger, julienned
    *Juice from pineapple chunks/ tid bits
    70g Tomato paste
    1/4 cup Banana ketchup
    3/4 cup water
    5 Tbsp sugar
    1 tsp salt
    *Ground black pepper
    1/4 cup white vinegar
    1 medium size carrot , julienned
    1 medium size redbell pepper, julienned
    227g (1small can) Pineapple chunks/tid bits (well drained)
    *Green onions
    Slurry: 2 Tbsp water + 1 Tbsp cornstarch
