Beautiful family! The brother and sister are inspiring. I would do the same for my little brother cause I was in a dark place in 2011 and he saved my life by giving me tuff love. If it wasn't for him I would be dead by now and I around to watch my little niece grow up. xox

What a truly heartwarming story it truly is a miraculous miracle that his sister was a perfect match and what a lovely thing that he did giving his wish to his sister so that her and her partner can have fantastic honeymoon so nice of Make A Wish to allow him to do that where he is the first person who they have allowed to do that I wonder if he will be the first and last person that can do that or if he will be the first of many
