Awesome job bru glad u want some feedback here are a few things that I noticed 1st is I wouldn’t worry to much about the slice u mentioned. It’s not too bad and I’ve seen worse slice even on the line. It looks like you just have an inwards stick path. If you sliced your singles and parradiddles zones would go inwards as the phrase countinued Right hand: looks nice and comfortable and you have good control through dynamics. Only thing is I think you would benefit from some finger only exercises like bouncing it from your pinky to your index just To get used to playing with your fingers.( this is something I learned from Michael McIntosh) This will help you loosen up some. A phrase I noticed this issue was at 00:35 as your moeller technique looked exaggerated at the wrist because you were gripping the stick too tight Left hand: opposite issues from what I’m seeing. You look to be relying too much on your stick bounce it’s ok for short burst of singles and diddles but at the at this tempo the left hand sounded like it wanted to rush and I think that’s because there was no control. Noticed this especially if u listen back at half speed to your hand transition around 2:36…This is an easy fix. Just get more comfortable with the ring finger on the stick. Alternate between Playing phrases with the ring finger on and without to see how they feel. U have the chops to keep it on for most of these singles passages. Also review some left hand moeller videos as I’m not seeing any moeller ( Which is OK but I’m assuming you want to play blue coats)
There's not much to critique. Very clean, very tight and controlled. Rolls and singles were nice and even. Dynamics were there. Chops didn't peter out towards the end. Really good IMO.
Not sure what dynamic it’s written at but if taps are supposed to be 3 make sure your downstrokes are setting you up for that. Especially during the paradiddle phrases, the downstrokes stop the stick above parallel closer to 6 inches which prevents you from achieving a true 3 inch tap. I would do some paradiddle builders really working on stopping the stick at a true tacet, that being 1.5 inches or a little below parallel, easily allowing you to turn your wrist and make 3 inches happen. That’s pretty nit picky tho, great quality all around.
Hey bro. Idk if you’re still checking back to comments to this video, but really great job. The only thing that I noticed was that your movement was a little robotic. I could tell that you knew the rhythms and what was on the page, but it didn’t look like playing what you knew was completely natural to your body, if that makes any sense
Thank you :) that was one of the first times I’d played through the full thing on a drum, as before this I’d been chunking it on my pad, so it was a little uncomfortable. However, as shown in my more recent covers, I’ve become more comfortable playing through stuff I’m not super familiar with. Thank you for the advice though, I appreciate it
You popped your first flam
Bro hasn’t picked up sticks in ages
Open that right hand to discover new adventures! Great video! You’re awesome
Good playing and good song choice
1:24 crushed paradiddles, also the triplet roll is too open
Bro those cheeses were dicks too

I'm not qualified to critique but as far as I've learned you're doing really good! Much better than me currently 😂 marching snare for the win!
such a brilliant way to practice 7/8 time. practice left hand shots tho. stay relaxed and don’t ever think them.
Not much in this, however always focus on the dynamics, as you don't want it to run together, but overall great job man!
Great job dude!

Nice work! Do you have sheets for this?
They’re available on TapSpace for 7 bucks :)
Only thing I could say, is to make sure you’re playing in the center of the drum. May be the angle not exactly sure. Other than that great stuff man!
