    Hey Paul, i was following your videos for handstand and HSPU, but 2 months ago i got tendinitis on both shoulders which i attribute to not having enough muscle strength and putting too much load on the tendons (i was doing a lot of negative HSPU, so really overloading).
    I wish you and other calisthenics youtubers would give people more of a heads up on these sorts of injuries.
    Having said that I would really enjoy videos on prep/muscle workout to avoid these types of injuries ✌🏻thanks !

    Need to build up reps in HSPU. I recently did 50 reps WFHSPU in 19 minutes. Next time I plan to do 50 reps 1-2 min faster 💪
