dkarthika physics i was thinking the same. But i think the mix of lemon and baking soda would probably help the batter raising fastly. I ll let u know. Once i tried it.

I mix equal Suji and kadalaimavu oil 2 tablespoon ....rest the same..... eno halfspoon ... no lemon in steaming ... add lemon juice in seasoning
