I can’t help but think that some of these people got away with scamming because they used privilege to garner people’s trust and then ran off with their savings. I wouldn’t give half these people a stock of gum.
People werent forced to pay for expenses in the scam where the guy imitated & played dozens of different people to scam. No one held a gun to their head making them pay for essentially holidays & whatever costs it involved.
The Helen Dove scam....Just doesn't make a lot of sense. The victim (Kimberly) has a job but wants to work in childcare specifically safeguarding. Kimberly has all the necessary qualifications. So why exactly would she need any help? Help someone can give that isn't available anywhere else? Doesn't seem like it. Weird.
