Greater Barbet | Sattal | Uttarakhand | May 2024

The Great Barbet is one of the star attractions of the birding paradise which is Sattal. The great barbet is a resident breeder in the lower-to-middle altitudes of the Himalayas. The great barbet's nesting season is from April to July. As its name suggests, the great barbet is the largest species of barbet in the world!
