Interesting. Have you worked there? Because I can tell you first hand, the environment is ABSOLUTELY TOXIC. Unless you're in RDD, it isn't plain sailing.
Having worked in IT, we were refused training budgets and told that Dyson only hire the people with the required skills, which is BS because sometimes, new software is brought in.
I even stopped going to the Forward Dyson meetings because I got tired of hearing "James doesn't like that idea".

Very inspiring. As an electrical engineering masters student applying for my first job, the work done by Dyson has always kept me motivated and optimistic about the future. Not only for the year ahead, but for the things I'll learn on the way to hopefully making my own company some day

James Dyson is an incredible engineer and designer but he brings on and develops the technical and artistic abilities and interest of others who have been with him from the beginning are are fortunate to work with him today.

Truly inspirational and inspiring, loved reading James Dyson new autobiography book, the audiobook was brilliant to hearing James himself read his story. Look what he has created a Global technology business, supporting and encouraging the next generation of young engineers, designers and scientists too. One of my modern day hero’s.

October 18, 2023 Mr. Dyson , I am trying to contact you or another member of the upper level of management regarding the horrendous customer service I am experiencing with requesting a Dyson repair. I am 3 days on What's app trying to get a replacement part for a vacuum that I received as a gift. This is no way to run a customer service department. It is totally unacceptable to be treated this way. The vacuum is under warranty and was only purchased in July 2022. I have provided proof of purchase, receipt, confirmation of payment, and registration and they are still asking for more I am more than frustrated.

I have my pink dyson that you built back in 2004 I think. It still runs great. I also have 2 Kirby vacuums but I love my dyson better than the Kirby plus a handheld and 2 fan's. I wouldn't trade them for anything. I use the dyson more than the Kirbys.

We are going the same path as Dyson. I wish we can cooperate with Dyson to win the air cooling market. I think Dyson should not keep diversity away from her initial core business. Instead, it should strengthen the core to be an no other choice brand for customers. Otherwise will fail finally in long run.

Dyson is among the worst companies in the world regarding reliability and consumer satisfaction. They sell gimmicks in their products, promise a fantastic warranty program but provide an unreliable gimmick and a false warranty. Their customer service policies are built on empty promises to placate their customers temporarily while they work to sell products to others to expand their coffers.
i will never forgive you James for sacking and moving your factory for the UK shame on you. I supported you way back when you knocked on doors selling your cleaners i was one of your first customers i even talked to you and shock your hand and paid you for your cleaner which i still own. disgusting behaviour.
